Summer Lip Syncs Successful
A postscript, added later: The Summer Lip Syncs were a success. There was a stand-up crowd on Cortes.
“Great night! The dancing was over by 10:30 so I got home before 11. Perfect,” said Howie Roman, station manager of Cortes Community Radio.
The lip Sync on Quadra was also a success. Whereas only 70 turned out last year, this year every seat was sold out (190).
